JOLENE COLEMAN, OPERATIONS MANAGER

Jolene brings decades of experience in graphic design and commercial real estate administration to the WynneCRE team. She is responsible for all marketing, including this website (yes, I’m writing about myself in the third person), property brochures, email campaigns, and production of our mailed materials. Jolene has recently learned virtual tour photography, as well as drone photography. Virtual tours are a vital part of the marketing process, allowing prospects to look around a property interior - and even take measurements from their computer or phone. When Jim and Jerry have in-person property tours, they are with interested prospects that are already familiar with the property. Flying the drone was a bit intimidating at first, but now it is a fun part of the marketing process. A low altitude aerial view of a property captures the building footprint, and can be the best view to show the building features, parking, and surrounding area.

Another crucial component of every successful business is administration. Jolene is responsible for the preparation of documents for our clients, including proposals, leases and purchase agreements, utilizing AIR CRE form templates.
